This is a very central hotel for Cork, the staff are very friendly and helpful but the facilities leave a lot to be desired. It needs a complete overhaul, I was far to tired to complain but just could not bring my self to upset the staff as they are very helpfull and efficient. I will not stay there or recomend anyone to either. |

It wasnt until the room was booked that I read the previous reviews and was prepared for the worst. However (in my opinion) the majority of the complaints are now obsolete and not warranted. My main disappointment, althought not a problem for me personally, was the lack of heating in the bathroom. The bed had two quilts and a throw. If that wasnt sufficient, there was a spare quilt available in the room. The staff were very helpful, accommodating and friendly at all times. |

What a great little hotel! The staff are extremely friendly, the rooms are spacious and clean, in a traditional kind of style, and the location is perfect! For this price you couldn't find better - strongly recommended! |
