My daughter and two young granddaughters thoroughly enjoyed our three day stay. The Hotel and rooms were tastefully decorated with the Knights theme. The grandchildren especially enjoyed the swimming pool. The pink bus that served the hotel was very frequent.
We cannot comment on the food as we ate out but the menu looked extremely tempting.
Our only gripe would be that the reception when booking in was so slow and needs to be re-organised. And for a four star hotel there were no facilities for making tea or coffee in the room.

We just wanted a base to visit Disney from, and this was great as has free shuttle buses every 10 mins to the park. The room was lovely (we got upgraded to a suite due to overbooking) and although the place was full of kids, we didn't hear them from our room. The food was ok, but the only option for dinner in the evening was a 29 euro buffet. The buses still run to the disney village until just before midnight though where there are loads of places to eat. FYI - the pool and spa etc make you pay 2 euros each time for towels.

My only complaint was that our third floor room stated non-smoking on the door but the room reeked of smoke when we arrived. We had to keep the windows open and the air conditioning on full blast for the duration of our stay to try to get rid of the smell.

Checkin was awful. At 22:30, a busload of people arrived just before we did. It took 35 minutes for us to check in. There was absolutely no help for our luggage - not even a cart available. Room service was all that was available to eat and it was a flat 10 euro charge. Our delivery person said that the gratuity was not even included in that charge.
Everything cost extra - 2 euros to "rent" a towel at the pool, 2 euros for the bogus rides in the lobby. If you need an iron for your clothes they require a 30-euro deposit, as if the credit card imprint they already took is not enough. WIFI is an exhorbitant 18 euros per day. It seemed that it cost extra to breathe.
The family room had a great big very comfortable bed and two bunk beds which the kids enjoyed. However, for that big bed they only give you two small pillows - we had to request 4 more. The first night, we could not get extra pillows because of the lateness of the hour.
The cardkeys for the room never worked after 12PM and we needed to go to the front desk to get them changed. There was no way to get to the front desk for simple things like this. You had to wait in the que with everyone who was checking in / out.
The breakfast was good, and included, but the coffee was awful. You know when an American says the coffee is awful, it's really really bad! The cereals were disappointing for France - just tasteless flakes - no muesli or granola - not even any raisins. The dinner was excellent, with a huge assortment of great foods, although pricey if the kids don't eat much. For our two little girls, we requested that they charge us for only one, and they agreed to immediately no questions asked. In the back of the dining area is a big screen TV with Disney movies playing which left my wife and I in peace to finish our meal while the kids watched the movie.
Overall, the place is a good place for a family to stay but there is a lot of room for improvement. We enjoyed our stay but next time we'll probably try the Holiday Inn next door.

There is a 10 euro surcharge for room service which seems high and also it is not stated on the room service menu
