My daughter and two young granddaughters thoroughly enjoyed our three day stay.The Hotel and rooms were tastefully decorated with the Knights theme.The grandchildren especially enjoyed the swimming pool.The pink bus that served the hotel was very frequent. |

We just wanted a base to visit Disney from, and this was great as has free shuttle buses every 10 mins to the park. The room was lovely (we got upgraded to a suite due to overbooking) and although the place was full of kids, we didn't hear them from our room. The food was ok, but the only option for dinner in the evening was a 29 euro buffet. The buses still run to the disney village until just before midnight though where there are loads of places to eat. FYI - the pool and spa etc make you pay 2 euros each time for towels. |

My only complaint was that our third floor room stated non-smoking on the door but the room reeked of smoke when we arrived. We had to keep the windows open and the air conditioning on full blast for the duration of our stay to try to get rid of the smell. |

Checkin was awful. At 22:30, a busload of people arrived just before we did. It took 35 minutes for us to check in. There was absolutely no help for our luggage - not even a cart available. Room service was all that was available to eat and it was a flat 10 euro charge. Our delivery person said that the gratuity was not even included in that charge. |
