This was a great looking hotel, the room very ‘cool’ in appearance, glass and fluorescent lighting (it looks like MTV have been in and ‘pimped’ the room). A little far away from the main attractions but the subway is close and the tourist bus stopping nearby too (the blue route). Flat screen TV and laptop as standard with free security safe. They have irons but no ironing boards so make sure your clothes are pressed before you pack! All in all a comfortable stay. |

I was very dissapointed with the efficiency of reception staff.First they did not have a room for us non-smoking,however they have taken all our details and we were happy to get back later. To my suprisement ,nothing was still prepered for us when we got back 5 hours later, and it took them 35 min to allocate the right room.Even though I have booked a double bed she has still allocated a twin room.Taking into consideration that it was our first wedding anniversary these helpless staff does not make our stay enjoyable .....Room was really outstanding but the quality of the service was terrible |

Excellent Hotel .One major draw back were the clear glass doors leading into the Bathroom which are completely see through and is unnerving if sharing the room with others. |
