An elegant, detached Hotel (Graded by visit Wales as Guest Accommodation) set in its own grounds with large CAR PARK in a quiet location just a couple of minutes walk from the promenade and town centre. Established in 1945, we offer an efficient service, friendly staff There is an ornate, spacious dining room, a residents lounge - reserved for hotel guests and gardens in which to sit and relax with honesty bar. A large secure car park provides ample parking for all residents - a rarity in Llandudno. There are 18 excellent bedrooms all non smoking, all with en-suite facilities. The hotel offers ground floor, family, double, twin and single rooms, all centrally heated with Freeview colour television and tea/coffee making facilities wireless internet access clock radios and has a residents licence(self service bar).
For those seeking rest and relaxation, the family run hotel supplies the answer. You will be made most welcome whether you take a short break or have a long stay. Llandudno is a pleasure whatever the season.All rooms and rates are subject to availability.

In December the Annan hotel was warm, clean and very welcoming, with a big Christmas tree in the dining room. Brilliant location - close to shops, Great Orme and beach. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would be ideal for a group of friends or family group as there is a big lounge downstairs which is available for use.

very freindly excellent food rooms very high standard of decor and comfort .the children rated it 4* because they had their own in room TV and Playstation which kept them entertained and was a bonus for the adults I have recommended this hotel to other people and will certainly stay there again

This hotel was able to provide all that we required on our three night stay. The staff were very helpful and courteous. It was also a bonus being able to park the car in the hotel carpark. This is quite remarkable in Llandudno town. The hotel is very good value for money and we look forward to our next stay.
