No real problems, although you need to be aware this is a family hotel, so expect lots of children. I used it for business. The hotel reasturent is overpriced but overall the discounted price I paid made it good value, at full price you can find better value.

You also need to know breakfast does not start until 0730, so if you need to be away early you need to be light on breakfast.

I stayed off peak as a business trip, when I got there I found the exterior of the hotel dissapointing and not relflective of what the inside was like which was actually really nice, clean and well decorated.
My room was of a good standard and had lovely handmade soaps in which were a nice change to all the usual hotel toiletries.
The views are spectacular and the closeness to the beach was lovely and the hotel smells fantastic too as you walk around!!

Beautifully presented hotel although i think a little bit overpriced. Food was good but i'd expected something sensational for the price.

I had booked two rooms (for a single person staying in each room) valued at £125 per night per room but on offer through late rooms at £55.
The hotel on approach has a bit of the air of a 1960s pre-fab but is in fact very nice inside (especially if you like a sort of cool Nordic style design to furniture / wall decorations). On being shown to our rooms at first we were very disappointed. They were tiny, stuffy, incredibly hot and with narrow single beds and the windows stiff and difficult to open. My colleague who is 70 was immediately claustrophobic. We rang to change rooms and this proved to be no problem at all and was done courteously and promptly.
We were offered rooms with double bed, much more comfortable. less hot , quite spacious and what one would expect for £125 per night per room.
We had arrived at 5pm to be greeted by the noise of at least 80-100 children being entertained by a comedy clown show. It was half term and this was very much a "Family" orientated hotel. If you are going for peace and quiet in holiday time this is not the place for you, but having got used to it after a while, we found the atmosphere pleasant and friendly. The staff are very polite and efficient,
Once the smaller kids had gone to bed at about 7pm the atmosphere changed and adults could take over. The dinner in the restaurant was excellent and reasonable (I come from London, mind) with excellent friendly service and food absolutely delicious.
Breakfast likewise plentiful (buffet) and good quality.
We were off to Newquay airport so only had one night but I recommend that if you book through late rooms, make sure you get a full value room. Perhaps they try top fob off late bookers with big discounts by putting them in the tiny child-size single rooms. Ask to change if they do !
Apart from that it was well worth it.
