Very convenient for Heathrow, heavily used by air crew. Good rooms, but not appropriate for anything other than stop over before flight. |

This hotel is outside the bus zone of Heathrow airport. That means that you basically can't get there. The website says they have a courtesy car, but they don't. All the taxi companies want to charge you £50 to get there despite the fact that it's only a few miles away as it's apparently outside there zone. Don't stay here unless you work for an airline or don't mind being massively ripped off. |

Bizarre place, a so called four star hotel that does not have any restaurant facilities at all! The best they could manage is a grotty machine that serves crisps and stale sandwiches. Ugh. Rooms are good, but it does not make up for the fact that this is not a hotel, but a boudoir. There are no nice eateries near by, so a grim stay, all in all. |

This hotel was booked as a business trip with my partner. When we arrived we checked in fine only to be told there was no restaurant. However there were traditional restaurants in the area. When probed this was Thai and Italian. The Thai was being served in a local pub and the Italian restaurant was part of a guest house / someone home. When we got to the room it was very clean however the TV kept changing to a spanish channel. When we rang Reception we were advised this will be fixed tomorrow. That wasnt acceptable so we moved rooms. In the end we ordered a takeaway to the room. When we went into the bar it was hostile with the type of people in there and the Duty Manager didnt even offer a free drink for the problems we had. Very disappointing for £125 a room. |
