How to reach us :The B&B is located in the centre of Venice in an area that is full of historical monuments and different tourist attractions: Ca' d'Oro, the old market, Rialto's bridge, Saint Mark's square are all easy reachable in within 10 minutes, and it is excellent just to loose yourself in the “calli” (the name of venetian street) and discover the silence and the poetry of a unique city unknown at the most. If You Arrive By Car:If you're driving: from the exit of the Motorway A4 Milano-Padova-Venezia, after you have paid the toll, keep your right following the direction Venezia, you'll find a big roundabout: keep follow the direction VENEZIA just after you've passed the Hotel HOLIDAY INN: this street is Via Palladio that run close to the rail road. At the end of this street there is a flyover. Now you can choose :1) make a left and park the car at Mestre Train Station and then reach Venice by train (it takes 10 min.) or by public bus or taxi 2) at the flyover keep going straight and you'll arrive in Venice , here the parking are quite more expensive but if you have to use the car it is more practical.From the exit of the Motorway A27 Udine-Trieste-Venezia after you have paid the toll, follow the Tangenziale (bypass) direction Venezia and go out at the exit 4th Venezia , be careful: it is the last before the motorway A4, Than follow the direction VeneziaComing from RAVENNA-CHIOGGIA: you'll find a big roundabout (after the mall centre Metro and Panorama), make a right after the Hotel Holiday Inn and you will be in Palladio Street that run close to the rail road. At the end of this street there is a flyover. Now you can choose :1) make a left and park the car at Mestre train station and then reach Venice by train (it takes 10 min.) or by public bus or taxi 2) at the flyover keep going straight and you'll arrive in Venice , here the parking are quite more expensive but if you have to use the car it is more practical.Parking in Mestre : you can choose to park your car in one of the street close to the train station of Mestre or there is a parking in front of the Train Station “Parcheggio Serenissima” from there, after you've parked the car, you can reach Venice by train (one every 10 minutes approximately cost 1 €), or by bus ( line N. 2 direction Piazzale Roma, one every 10 minutes approximately cost 1 €) or get a taxi (quite expensive : approximately 20 €).Parking in Via Righi: At the flyover of Palladio street keep going straight and after a traffic light (1 mile) immediately after a water canal (canale Brentella) there is a bus stop and a zebra crossing: make a right and you'll find the entrance of different parking (cost app.tly 6 € per day) From there after you've parked, go back to the bus stop on the main road (Via Righi) and get the bus to Venice.Parking in Venezia: After you've passed the main bridge that connect Venice to the main land (2 km) you'll find a traffic light: if you go right you find the Parking of TRONCHETTO and if you go straight you arrive in Piazzale Roma the very last spot where you can drive a car in Venice, here there are a few parking where you can leave the car ( fro 18 to 24 € per day).If You Arrive By Train: The stop is Venezia-Santa Lucia.Be Careful: Not Venezia-Mestre !!!!. At the and of this page you can follow indication to reach our B&BIf You Arrive By Plane: The airport Venezia Marco Polo is located only few miles from the centre.You can choose to get a taxi (20-25 €, 15/20 minutes), or get the bus n.5 (orange bus that leave every 30 min., 1 €, 20/25 minutes), get the blue bus of the company ATVO (2.70 €, 20 minutes).The airport Venezia-Treviso S.Giuseppe is located in Treviso (18 miles from the center). Here you'll find a shuttle that connect the airport directly with the centre (About 1 h).From the Parking of Tronchetto To Our B&B:Tronchetto is a little island connected to Venice by a bridge, so it is a bit uncomfortable to walk to the centre especially if you have luggage. Our suggestion is that you should get the boat N. 82 (5 € for the ticket) and get off at Piazzale Roma from here get the boat N. 1 (with the same ticket) direction Lido and get off at the stop Ca d'oro (6th stop).From the boat stop Ca d'oro: when you got off the boat keep going straight till the end of the Calle di Ca' d'oro , you'll find Strada Nuova that you'll cross and you have to enter the calle in front of you which is called Ramo Di Ca D'oro at the end of which you will see the restaurant Trattoria Ca' D'oro Alla Vedova you'll have to turn left in Calle Del Pistor and then get the first right Calle Zotti: at the end of Calle Zotti at your right there is the number 3904/A :you're arrived at the B&B AL SAOR !!From Piazzale Roma To Our B&B:On Foot: if you want to walk from Piazzale Roma: we have to start saying that walking from Piazzale Roma to our B&B is reasonable only if your luggage is not too heavy because the journey takes app. 15/20 minutes.Anyway if you make this decision keep as referring point the boat stop of line 1 of the Vaporetto : you are in the Fondamenta (which means “street by a canal”) Santa Chiara that face the Canal Grande, keep walking on this fondamenta toward the train station (you will have to cross other 2 bridges) until you find a big bridge Ponte Degli Scalzi that cross the Canal Grande, after the bridge make a right and enter Rio terà Lista di Spagna at the end of which you'll find Campo (square) San Geremia. Cross this square and keep walking toward Ponte delle Guglie (a bridge with large steps), cross it and go always straight for Rio Terà San Leaonardo until you'll find another bridge, cross this bridge and enter Via Vittorio Emanuele. Keep going , you'll enter Strada Nuova: cross two other bridges and after 150 meters make a left in Ramo di Ca d'oro at the end of which you will see the restaurant Trattoria Ca' D'oro Alla Vedova, you'll have to turn left in Calle Del Pistor and then get the first right Calle Zotti: at the end of Calle Zotti at your right there is the number 3904/c :you're arrived at the B&B AL SAOR.By Boat: after parking your car get the boat N. 1 (5 € for the ticket) direction Lido and get off at the stop Ca d'oro (6th stop).From the boat stop Ca d'oro: when you got off the boat keep going straight till the end of the Calle di Ca' d'oro , you'll find Strada Nuova that you'll cross and you have to enter the calle in front of you which is called Ramo Di Ca D'oro at the end of which you will see the restaurant Trattoria Ca' D'oro Alla Vedova you'll have to turn left in Calle Del Pistor and then get the first right Calle Zotti: at the end of Calle Zotti at your right there is the number 3904/A :you're arrived at the B&B AL SAOR !!From Rail Station To Our B&B:On foot: (The journey takes 10/15 minutes) If you want to walk from Train Station: As you exit from the train station make a left and enter Rio terà Lista di Spagna at the end of which you'll find Campo (square) San Geremia. Cross this square and keep walking toward Ponte delle Guglie (a bridge with large steps), cross it and go always straight for Rio Terà San Leaonardo until you'll find another bridge, cross this bridge and enter Via Vittorio Emanuele. Keep going , you'll enter Strada Nuova: cross two other bridges and after 150 meters make a left in Ramo di Ca d'Oro the end of which you will see the restaurant Trattoria Ca' D'oro Alla Vedova, you'll have to turn left in Calle Del Pistor and then get the first right Calle Zotti: the end of Calle Zotti at your right there is the number 3904/A :you're arrived at the B&B AL SAOR !!By Boat: just ou of the train station, get the boat N. 1 (5 € for the ticket) direction Lido and get off at the stop Ca d'oro (5th stop).From the boat stop Ca d'Oro: keep going straight till the end of the Calle di Ca' d'Oro , you'll find Strada Nuova that you'll cross and you have to enter the calle in front of you which is called Ramo Di Ca d'Oro at the end of which you will see the restaurant Trattoria Ca' d'Oro Alla Vedova you'll have to turn left in Calle Del Pistor and then get the first right Calle Zotti: at the end of Calle Zotti at your right there is the number 3904/A :you're arrived at the B&B AL SAOR !!From Fondamente Nuove To Our B&B:You can choose to get our B&B on foot or By Boat:On foot: (The journey takes app.tly 10 minutes), once get off the boat take the right and than keep going straight (Fondamente Nuove), cross a big bridge a take the firs on your left entering in Salizada degli Specchieri, at the end you will find a square Campo dei Gesuiti, you have to cross the square and at the end befor the bridge turn right and get Fondamenta Zen, at the end of the Fondamenta, turn left and cross a little bridge entering in Ramo Molìn, go straight untill the end of the street, there turn left in Calle San Felice, the second street at your left is Calle Zotti, at the end of the Calle, on the right side of the street you will find our B&B.
