    The hotel is a short drive from the airport, and centrally located so fairly easily accesible even if you arrive using public transport. The room was well decorated clean and spacious; however traffic noise was very loud as our room overlooked a very busy road so ask for a quieter room if you can get one. Its a short walk from the hotel to Las Ramblas, and the surrounding area has many bars/ places to eat all very reasonably priced. Taxi fares are very reasonable and make visiting attractions a little further out out of the centre very easy. Places that we loved - the main market and lovely fresh food cooked on site, OPIUM; a fantastic night out if you like drinking expensive cocktails and sangria made with cava whilst people watching and dancing till dawn, and Escriba; a little cafe/ chocolatiere near the market off Las Ramblas great for coffee and a croissant. If you are going to use the metro a set of 10 tickets is very good value and can be used between a group of people.

    The most exspensive gin and Tonic I have ever had @ 13.50 Euros per glass! Breakfast also incredible expsensive for what it was at 19.50 euros.

    We didn't book breakfast so can't comment on the food, but the dining room looked very nice.
    The hotel restaurant wasn't open in the evening, but there was a superb restaurant just across the road called FOC.
    The hotel was less than 5 minutes from Catalunya Square so very convenient, particularly to get the tourista bus.
    We will definately stay here again, especially at your prices.
