Pleasant rooms, some of the workmanship/fittings a bit shoddy. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

Just like every one else we found the hotel hard to find. We could see it but not get into the carpark.
A sign on the side of the road making it a bit clearer would really help.
Other than that it was brilliant!

No hot water - despite assurances it would be on in an hour. No facilities open in the afternoon. We were told we didn't need to book the restaurant, but it was 'full' when we went down 20 mins after opening, (we were that 'late' waiting for hot water). Too far out of town to make suitable alternative arrangements. No manager or other senior staff available to remedy situation. Receptionist didn't give seem to care. Despite agreeing we wouldn't have to pay for our room as we were leaving in disgust, she threatened us with the police. We're still waiting for a response and refund from the hotel despite numerous emails which have been read.

We stayed here as a stop over on the way to port Aventura. Generally the hotle was fairly difficult to find and I would recommend a map or travel directions. This aside, hotel was faultless. It is slightly out the way of things, but it was s top over.
If you check in and are looking for somewhere to eat/drink. Go across the road, up the side street to the next street which runs parallel, there were quite a few places and extremely cheap.
If you are flying to Reus airport, I would recommend staying in Reus. I expected it to be a small town with nothing in it, however it is a fantastic place with many hotels, pubs, clubs, restaurants etc. I enjoyed it so much I am going back for a weekend.

The only complaint I had was driving around aimlessly, if you stay at this hotel, then simply follow N340 direction Valencia. The hotel is 3 miles South West of Tarragona. Fairly easy if you know how and where!!! After the two hour tour of Tarragona a quick call to the hotel on my mobile phone (at exhorbitant rate via my mobile network) gave me clear directions. The directions via the site are unclear and fairly unhelpful. The only other minor complaint was that I believed hotel was pre-paid via Late rooms, it isn't. Your credit card number is taken as security only at the time of booking (unlike other websites). Your bill must be paid in full direct to the hotel at the end of your stay. Again confusion, but a call to Late rooms customer services in Manchester (from Spain) resolved this.
The hotel itself was immaculate, modern and very comfortable. Parking was easy. Just 9km from Salou and Port Aventura.
