Clean and comfortable. You could see that the flat had been used several times before as some of the decor looked worn. But it was great value for money. |

Should have requested non smoking room as it smelt awful. However, stunning apartment in a great location and so much more relaxed and homely than a hotel. |

Very impressed with these apartments. Modern, roomy, spotlessly clean, very well equipped kitchen right down to cutlery and wine glasses. All facilities in good condition. Excellent location - The Bull Ring Centre is a 5 minute walk across the market. |

As with all Premier Apts, the rooms are clean, beds and linen excellent, staff very friendly. The Birmingham building itself is dingy, with corridor carpets very dirty and although very close to the shopping area, the location behind the rag market made me feel uncomfortable so I don't think I will stay again. It was also not helped by people having an argument outside my door at 2:30am, even though the building has a no noise after 11pm policy. |
