A very pleasant and friendly hotel. Good food and excellent atmosphere. Free internet which is always bonus as you get charged extra for internet at expensive hotels. |

Superb survice from a very frendly and helpful team of staff. Great views, lovely room and they really do bend over backwards to helps you. They allowed us breakfast in bed at no charge, airport transfers and to park at the hotel while we were away - all for a one night stay. If you are going to East Mids Airport or Donington Park, don't mess around with early mornings and crappy car parks - stay here instead. On our holiday we stayed at a variety of 4 and 5 star hotels and none matched here for service. |

Very pleasant management, excellent supper, and breakfast, BUT the aircraft noise during the night ensured a poor night's sleep. |

This hotel is a little gem, run by very friendly people. Sally and Neil are very genuine and want their guests to enjoy their stay. Judging by the number of regulars their approach is popular! Sally is also a great cook and the food is excellent. |
