A 2 minute walk from the Metro and centrally located next to a major shopping centre, this hotel is convenient for both business and leisure. Rooms are comfortable, clean and serviced twice a day. Excellent customer service, fantasic gym and pool facilities and breakfast buffet seemed to include every type of breakfast food imaginable. A very pleasant stay.

The Hotel is conveniently located right next to the Arguelles metro station. This makes it very easy to access any part o Madrid via the Metro. There are also great shopping and sights within easy walking distance close by. The Hotel staff were very friendly, we stayed on for a further 2 nights nd they were very accomodating, rolling on the discounted price for the first 2 nights booked. Not sure how the Hotel stars are graded in Madrid, but In my opinion I'd rate it 4 at the most. However, apparently there are better rooms and suites available. I'd have no problem recommending this hotel.
