Lovely hotel with a classy and peaceful atmosphere, conveniently near the railway station. My room was slightly disappointing for a four star "Superior", strangely positioned up a narrow spiral staircase, and with tiny windows. It felt a little odd, but was pleasant enough once I got used to the slightly monastic, pared-down feel perhaps typical of the hotel's cloistered heritage. Nice staff and very pleasant restaurant. |

The public facilities are very attractive (though the pool is on the small size), but the rooms - at least in the modern part - are not four star. |

Great hotel. Really relaxing for a break as very central, close to train station and with the added benefit of a rooftop pool. Only downsides were the reception staff who's knowledge was not that great, but their English was good. Also watch out for the hotel tax! |
