Excellent, convenient hotel for the Lake district, close to motorway but in quiet location.
Can choose to dine in cosy traditional pub area or in light airy new restaurant - breakfast is served in the latter.
New reception area fits in well with the old building and again is light with very comfortable furniture- new rooms similarly have light wood furniture . All staff were friendly and helpful. A treat!
