Unfortunately I booked the hotel because of the rooftop garden and I was therefore disappointed when the use of this facility was not possible as I had not been forewarned that it was booked out for a wedding function. The room was a little dark and there was a poor view. However the rest of the hotel and our room was luxurious. The bar area was a real plus but I was a little peeved that parking cost so much. |

hotel has totally changed since it first opened, to over looked , mini bar sub-standard, ceiling flaking, lightbulbs not working... also called the evening before to ask if the hot tub was working, when arrived it was being cleaned and not in use for 12hrs, disagree with service charge, and the £50 valet parking for 2 cars. |
