The hotel was very central, perfect access to the Playa Mayor, Peurto del Sol, however it was surrounded by scaffolding and the street it was on was almost derelict. The Hotel itself was clean and the air conditoning was a god send (116 degrees when we were there!) but our room was quite small and dingy. Everywhere is so dark, and the bedroom lights were awful - spotlights - you felt like you were in an interegation room - it was internal so there was very little natural light. The TV was position high up in a cabinet, so you couldn't really see it from the bed. We didn't eat at the hotel as it was so near everywhere else - we did use a few bits from the minibar which were totally extortianate!!! Great as a central location though. |

The hotel is in an excellent location with a popular and good value restaurant around the corner. The staff were friendly and helpful and our room was clean, modern and of a good size. We didn't eat in the hotel as breakfast wasn't included and was expensive. |

Good location, good room and facilities, but a little small, and TV needs more English channels and some free music/radio channels. |

The hotel is centrally located and near the metro exit so you don't need to lug your suitcases around. However, the quality of shopping is much better towards the west of the City. The rooms are very dark but it is relatively quiet. The people on reception are very helpful. |
