The hotel is basic and clean, ok for an overnight stop. The staff were polite and helpful but the customer service was let down by the extra tea bags and milk we asked for at 8am not arriving ay all. We also ordered a snack in the afternoon which was described as mixed pickles and olives, we asked if this included bread and were told that it included naan bread. When it arrived it was the most bizarre snack ever...pot of plain yoghurt, picked broccoli, cauliflower and APPLE(!) and a small bowl of olives and salad, no bread of any description. The menu definitley needs an over haul!! |
