The room access routes are limited and confusing. The lift broke leaving everyone going up and down floors via a worn staircase. The bed in our room was extremely uncomfortable. Good high definiton flat screen TV in the room, we turned it on to find a terrestrial service of four channels only with a very poor reception (not even freeview) imagine the disappointment. Parking was a risk because they let everyone from a wedding reception into the car park and gave no priority to guests. Definitely not worth the money. |

Disappointing visit after friends had recommended the hotel. Annoyed to have people at next table in restaurant using mobile phone. When commented to reception staff there was just a shrug of the shoulder |
