Hotel Keppler

An exceptional hotel and service by far my best ever Continental hotel stay. The staff were welcoming courteous and attentive staff. They really tried hard to make our stay a pleasure. One ran down the road outside the hotel to block a parking space for us. The rooms were tastefully decorated and extremely quiet and comfortable. The breakfasts were of high quality and the buffet extensive. I can highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was very conveniently situated close to the L'arc de Triumph and within walking distance of various attractions. The decor is exceptional and everyone was very friendly but there was a problem with towels in our room. When we arrived there was one towel (hand towel) in the bathroom, the receptionist informed me that they were waiting for the laundry delivery and would bring towels upto our room as soon as possible but unfortunately none arrived that day and we had to wait until the following day before we received any and then only received 2 hand and 1 bath towel.

Beds and cushions could be improved.
Small but tastefully furnished rooms

The hotel staff were extremely helpful and changed my room as my TV wasnt working. The initial room (with shower) was quite small but fine for 1, the Classic room with a bath was lovely and big - much better for a couple. The decor is beautiful and I would definately recommend it and stay here again.

Very centrally located, round the corner from the Four Seasons, very quiet room well appointed. Liked the TV in the bathroom mirror, nice touch. Appears to have been newly refurbished tastefully done with many attractive ornaments in the public areas. Super breakfast in the basement dining room. The staff were more than helpful even agreeing to keeping our bikes in the courtyard overnight. During the rail/metro strike we still managed to see and do all we wanted from this location.
