Leaving negative feedback simply because I was disappointed in the facilities the hotel had to offer. During my stay I found the tv in particular a real frustration as it was a very old tv and didn't work!! Raised this issue with reception but nothing was done about it. I was told on leaving the hotel that it would be looked at.
Furthermore, I found that for what we paid we didn't get value for money. Have stayed in a few hotels and b&b's prior to this trip and think there are other places that offer just as good facilities for cheaper rates.

On the main road but sufficiently far away and with ample parking not to be an issue. Food excellent whether in the bar area or the restaurant. Breakfast particularly good. Service excellent. Room a bit on the small side but then it is an old building so you have to expect it i guess.

Hotel had character. Room was bigger than I actually expected. Bed and floor boards creaked but you can't expect much else from such an old building
