Lovely hotel, had a free upgrade to a suite upon arrival which was a lovely suprise, the room was great however, the water pressure on the bath taps/shower was a mere trickle and thus took a considerable amount of time to fill the bath. Also, I didnt feel there was a great deal of choice at breakfast, although the food was good, it was slightly too much trouble for one head waiter in particular to fetch some fresh hot toast!!! Fantastic location in Plymouth though, easy access to town/barbican. Parking on street as hotel carpark full/reserved by other guests, however, reduced carparking fee available at hotel reception. Overall, would recommend. |

I thought the hotel offered excellent value for money and the room was modernised at a high standard. The staff were very accommodating and made every effort to please you where possible. |

I recommend this hotel only because £50 was comparatively good value. I was dissppointed that my room did not live up to the expectation the website gave me. I was not given a bath tub even though colleagues of mine who checked in later were. |
