Hard to fault anything really other than the fact that pets aren't welcome. Also, I think this hotel is aimed more at singles/couples rather than families. |

Hotel in lovely setting. The staff were wonderful and couldn't do enough for us. The food was fantastic as was Callum, who looked after us in the restaurant. All in all a great way to unwind. Also it was very easy to find and very near the coast for days out. |

Our room , booked as a double, was incorrectly configured as a twin. However staff, when told of the error, where very keen to put that right for us by reconfiguring the beds. Our room turned out to be a mini-suite of three small but delightful rooms beautifully furnished. A lovely hotel. We eat breakfast and rather regret not taking dinner the night before. |

The hotel was very impressive from the outside and in a beautiful setting right next door to Sheringham Park, so we enjoyed a couple of walks there. The staff were lovely and made us feel very welcome, even though we arrived at 10.30am! We were given a complimentary coffee served outside on the terrace while we recovered from our journey and before we went into Sheringham as we couldn't check in until 2pm. We did have to ask for a DVD player as there wasn't one in the room and we had paid for a superior room. Couldn't fault the staff for promptness in this request (but then we had to ask for batteries for the remote as there weren't any!). We decided to dine in the restaurant as it was so attractive, warm and welcoming and were glad we did - the food was really good and well presented and we weren't rushed at all and were able to enjoy our meal and talk before dessert was served. A lovely hotel, in a perfect location - we definitely chose the right place for our romantic break and fully intend to return there for a longer stay. A big thank you to all the staff. |
