A very quiet area far away from Ayia Napa, beach was a 10 minute walk. No television in the room, no warm or hot water in the morning, beds were quite hard and uncomfortable (needed blankets on mattresses to soften), breakfast very basic , quality of coffee could be improved.

Whilst the room was adequate, only one air conditioning unit was working. The pool was a good size, however wasn't cleaned once during out 5 day stay. Our biggest gripe was the attitude of the owner. He was grumpy, rude and showed no interest in ensuring we were happy during our stay. When we left he didn't even ask if we'd enjoyed our stay. He needs to improve his attitude towards guests or he will have no repeat custom.

We stayed here for 1 night on a trip across the island for a night out in Ayia Napa. The room was basic but clean and air conditioning was excellent quality and we were able to have it on all night - unlike some hotels where they turn it off half way through the night. Loud music was played at the pool barduring the day - our room was very close so maybe not ideal for someone looking for a quiet room, but for young couples / singles wanting to stay close to Ayia Napa - it's ideal. The shower was poor - with low water pressure so avoid showering at peak times - 7 - 9pm, not ideal. The staff were friendly and pool bar food was chep but basic. The pool was clean and big - with plenty of sun loungers. Taxi into Ayia Napa was 10euros and close walk to the beach. On quite a busy main road so you would need to keep an eye on children. 5 minute walk from the water park. Good hotel I would stay here again.
