From here, you can get anywhere in Venice within a few minutes whether by foot, adventuring on romantic journeys to discover the wonders of the city or by boat taking a "vaporetto" (nearest stop Riva De Biasio, just a few short steps from Casa Mimma).

    Simple breakfast but in very pleasant garden. Our room was not en suite so we needed to listen for the bathroom and run when it was free. Think this was more an issue of over zealous showing neighbours rather than insufficient shower facilities

    Clean room. The location was convenient although Venice's numbering system made it a little hard to find. Breakfast was very simple, a couple of slices of toast and jam plus coffee or juice.

    Hotel was ok, the bathroom was a little small & the breakfast was not fresh, but it was well decorated & in a good central location.

    The hotel was in walking distance of the vaparetto stop. It was a bit confusing to find at first (we asked a waiter in a nearby restaurant who knew it), but once we found it, it was never a problem again. It was in a good location; close/walkable to most places (Venice is pretty small). The man at the desk was very nice. Breakfast was served in a lovely courtyard. It was good value for the money; perfectly fine place to stay. I can't think of anything negative to say, which is a good sign! We enjoyed our visit to Venice very much! Grazie, Casa Mimma!

    Sharing bathroom, not very satisfied.
    Tricky to find but that Venice anyhow.
