DISTANCES: From Valencia-Manises airport: 12 km. From the Estación del Norte train station: 1.5 km. From the nearest bus station: 2.5 km. From Ayora underground stop: 500 metres. By car: From the Valencia-Manises airport, take the A-3 highway towards Valencia, then take the V-30 towards the Puerto and Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias, continue ahead for some kilometres and exit at Av. Ausias March. After the first traffic circle, take the lateral lane until you reach the traffic light, turn right and continue ahead until you reach the Pedro II El Ceremonioso Street, where the hotel is located. By bus: Buses n. 4, 1, 2, 30 and 3 runs near the hotel.

Beautiful and clean hotel. Very residential area but the beach was only a 20 minute walk away (what a beach!) and the old town was a few stops on the metro (Metro was a 5-10 min walk. We loved it, and being in the Spanish part of town meant food and drink were very cheap around the hotel.

The hotel was very nice. It definitely lives up to the 4 star rating. The staff spoke good english. Location is not in the city centre, but close to station. The art and science centre is within walking distance from the hotel, approximately 10-15mins. There are some local cafes behind the restaurants that serve really good seafood. The beach is not too far, but still need to take a train (1 stop) and then continue by a tram (3-4 tram stops). The only feedback is for lateroom website, not for the hotel itself. The map given at the website is incorrect. The hotel is a lot closer to the train station than what was shown on the map. So dont use lateroom map, instead use google map, or any other map.
