well, i booked a double room for £109 at this hotel. I was given a room "in the basement" which consisted of a very tired room with a bed that pulled out of the wardrobe. it had no proper mattress and I had the worst nights sleep in there in a very long time. Food in the restaurant was good in general, except my steak that was like rubber ! Not a great experience, and when I followed up my complaints with reception, they simply were ignored. I mailed the hotel and again they have ignored so I doubt I will be going back there ! |

Lack of adequate lighting in rooms, Bathroom floor was sticky, hand towels in room dirty, hair on toilet seat. First night loud noise into early hours thought it may be some sort of generator or air con. |

Room smelled of airfreshener. Think it had been a smoking room. All a bit tired and scuffed. Long corridors and several issues trying to find my way back reception |
