The hotel benefits from a quiet village setting only minutes from the main road linking Birmingham and Coventry. The NEC, Birmingham International Airport and Coventry Airport are all within easy reach. The hotel offers value for money sleep, park and fly packages which include private taxi transfers to\from the airports. For weekend visits, Warwick Castle packages are available.
There are 15 function suites - the largest can accommodate 450 people and there is FREE car parking for up to 500 cars. The hotels holds a civil wedding licence. On site restaurant, bar and room service.

I specifically requested a double bed with no extra bed in the room. No family room. But unfortunately there was an extra bed in there which I was not happy about. I like rooms with just a double bed no extra beds please in future.

Hotel really quite dated and glad I was only staying there for one night. Good sized room but it didn't appear particularly clean. Needs a real makeover as it seems to be stuck in the 1970's! Unfortunately, have stayed in worse but I personally wouldn't go back there again.

This hotel needs a make-over urgently. The reception was not very welcoming. The carpet in the room we were alocated was stained, the radiator didn't work ( on one of the coldest nights ), the bedside lights didn't work, the telephone didn't work. I had to go to reception to ask for someone to come to fix them. When a young lad came, he didn't know what to do and said he would find someone else, no one came. We only stayed one night as we were visiting my son who lives near by. I was surprised that the hotel had vacancies as it is close to NEC, now I know why.

Hotel is obviously being run down for renovation. Possibly lost main customer in closure of nearby Jaguar Car Group.
But rreasonable value for one night.
