No complaints, arrived at 12noon - too early to check in and reception staff only to happy to take our bags and have them taken to the room when it became available. Paying on check out was efficient. Room clean and comfortable - shower hot and powerful. Complimentary shower creme/shampoo, tea/coffee. Car park small and undergoing some work/changes.

Great location, great room, good hotel but breakfast at £13.95 per person is a complete rip off. Try and include it in your room cost at the time of booking.
