The Best Western Valley Hotel is a 3 star country house hotel, set on the banks of the River Severn in the World Heritage Site of Ironbridge, surrounded by stunning award winning parkland, making it very favourable to both the corporate and leisure guests. This Georgian listed building has 44 individually designed en-suite bedrooms. All have direct dial telephone with wireless high speed internet access, tea and coffee making facilities, TV, trouser press and hairdryers.
Less than 10 minutes walk down river from the hotel is the now World famous Ironbridge itself. This bridge has become a symbol of our bygone Industrial Heritage , the atmosphere of which has been recaptured by the many and varied Ironbridge Gorge Museums Sites. All the museum sites are within easy walking distance, or a short drive away from the hotel.
The Chez Maw Restaurant is a stylish and relaxing place to dine offering excellent 2 AA Rosette awared cuisine and a high standard of service. The A La Carte menu offers a wide variety of dishes with English and Continental influences, with a good selection of vegetarian dishes available.

Satisfactory room and service. I checked on your site before booking , it was confirmed that there was a lift. Unfortunately it only covers part of the hotel. My room was up a steep twisting stair, being 80 years old I needed assistance with my case. This was promtly supplied, and again on Sunday when leaving. So no real problem.

Fantastic hotel, have stayed here a few times and always have a lovely time! Rooms clean and very well presented, and would recommend it to anyone!

Quite a bizarre place - my room seemed to be part of an old house leading off an old cobbled street. This whole street has now been roffed over with a modern roof and the cottages converted into modern bedrooms. The only thing that I didn't like was that the window of the room looked out into the old alley way (now corridor) rather than to the outside.
Room service was reasonably priced and decent quality - just watch that the bill is correct though at checkout time.
