A good room with a lovely comfy bed in which we slept very soundly. A good breakfast and the most perfect scrambled eggs I have ever had! |

Overall, we have been very happy with our stays at this hotel, though due to a wedding party booking, this time we had to have a family room, with a linking door to an adjoining room- the sound proofing is poor- you can hear everything! We had to endure a domestic problem next door involving family members ringing the occupants until 2 am, at which point we packed up, and got the night porter to find us another room, which to his credit he did. We managed to get a slight reduction on the bill after complaining the next morning at the poor sound-proofing. |

Hotel was very easy to fond and provided an ideal stop-over for an early morning meeting on Bristol, which was just 10 minutes away. The double room was fairly small, but was comfortable and provided everything needed for an overnight stay. The bathroom was a little dated, but fair enough for the price paid. Despite the hotel being well occupied, my room was quiet and I wasn't disturbed by other guests returning late to their rooms etc. |
