The hotel was ideally located in the city centre and not far from the train station by taxi. I found the staff to be particularly polite and helpful and would stay in this hotel again, if I were going back to Cardiff.

I was expecting to get to the hotel bar for a quiet drink and quite surprised by the number of people to use the hotel facilities who I think were not residents but apart from that the hotel was great, room great, staff great, location great and the food was brilliant, overall thie hotel wil be highly recommended to any of my friends who intend to visit Cardiff in the future and I shall always look there first for availability.

Fantastic service, there was a problem with the TV in our room, this was promptly dealt with and we were moved to a new room at no inconvenience to us. We dined in the hotel restaurant, the food was fantastic, the service was brilliant, the setting amazing. The cocktails in the bar are second to none! Breakfast was very good the next day too. We could not praise this hotel more, we will certainly be staying again soon.
