Hotel is situated just off the motorway (cant remeber junction). If you have children there are fast food places just over the road from the hotel if you dont want to eat inside the food we ordered from The Verve grill room service was to die for and super quick!!! We paid £59 for the room for one night which also included fee WI Fi and Free access to the Gym and Pool which also included the chice of 2 Suanas, Hot tub and Jacuzzi. It was so relaxing and the changing rooms were spotless. As we had booked an hour before we were to arrive, our booking through this site hadnt reached the Vilage but the lady on reception couldnt apologise enough and said there was no problem to book from scratch at the rate we had booked on here. she was very nice and apoloetic at the mix up. On a weekend you will probably gaurentee there is a wedding on as there was when we stayed but this didnt disrupt us at all. I would deffinately recommend this hotel for a night for a coupleto relax and unwind as we did.

Reception service was good but not so in the Verve restaurant where the waitresses seem adept at ignoring you.The food was also poor although I have eaten in other Village Hotels and had better.
I took my 12 year old son with me and he was not allowed in the pool after 7 p.m. which is a little early for a Friday evening.
