Hôtel Mondia is a small and charming hotel with a cosy and warm atmosphere. It is located in a quiet street, in the center of Paris, close to Place de la République, a lively area with many restaurants and shops. The closest subway stations are Oberkampf and République.

    The hotel was very basic and quite small but the beds were clean and comfortable. It was good enough for a low cost quick family break and the staff all seemed very friendly and helpful. The only negative was the lack of parking facilities which meant parking in a 24 hour public car park which 26 euros. The breakfast was a continental breakfast with fairly limited selection and quantities. We had to request additional bread and croissants to feed the children and the staff had to go out and purchase additional supplies to meet the need. Overall response to our stay was that the hotel was adequate.

    The front desk were quite helpful and there are a large amount of brochures available from the lobby

    For the money that we payed it was reasonable . If you are looking only for a bed to sleap in, at a good price this is the place .

    The Hotel was centrally located in and around the Place de la Republic Paris. The Hotel at first appearance was a fair representation of the 2 star rating, however upon inspection of the room the cleaniness and presentation was not in line with this rating. The room itself was quite grubby and not very well finished off, that said the toilet and shower facilties whilst basic were clean. Overall if you are looking for budget accommodation and are just wanting to put your head down and can look past the aesthetics - then this may well suit.
