When booking in the details of our stay were incorrect, I'm not sure if this was the fault of late rooms or the hotel, we were booked in with a minimum of fuss. When booking out I discovered that we had been overcharged for the room and charged for a meal we didn't have. When this was pointed out the error was rectified immediately so as I say not sure who was at fault. Hotel was spotless the staff were very welcoming and the food was great. Our room was slightly on the small side but the facilities were second to none, our view had the small river behind the hoel but I would recommend anyone staying should ask for the front of the hotel overlooking the garden and it gets all the sun. |

we have no complaints about the hoel however they are under refurbishment at the moment which did create one or two problems;- the car park was rather small and we only just managed to park. Whilst we were there and we had to use a side door as the main front door was being rebuilt. It meant walking along a gravel path which became very waterlogged as there was heavy rain. This was not good. Perhaps they should have arranged to have some boards to walk across and make it easier for their guests. |
