Lovely couple who run this hotel, very friendly and couldn't do enough for me. Wifi access also which was a pleasant surprise. Very good value for money. Gave a 3 for food only because they don't do evening food and I had to rush breakfast. would stay again =) |

the hotel is comfortable and friendly, but i felt that having to check out at 10am on a sunday morning was unfair and spoilt the weekend |

My wife and i were very pleased with the hotel, we arrived a night early and they still accommodated us, when we arrived the owner moved his car for us as there were no parking spaces available. The rooms are very clean and of good quality, the breakfasts were just what we needed to set us up for the day. We were made to feel very welcome, the owners were very helpful and friendly, we would definately stay there again. |

The hotel has a great location. Very close to the Hoe, sea front and the town. Which makes it a shame that this hotel is so bad, when it could be very good. |
