Very good aparments for a city break for friends/couples or for business. Will use again if in the Birmingham area. Internet connection was good (just take your network cable) but my TV freeview box was a bit dodgy, but I'm sure if I would have mentioned it the nice staff there would have fixed it. Didnt need to mention it because I used the DVD player instead! Very nice place.

more choice of television channels would be a good idea, apart from that it was a very pleasant stay.

Disaster from the apartment was made to wait 2 hours outside before I could get into apartment as nobody resopnded to phone calls. Only good thing was the fact I was upgraded to the better room and the caretaker Conrad took care of us which we appreciate.
