Drumoig Hotel is set amongst 330 acres with its own 18-hole championship golf course.
Its accommodation comprises 28 en-suite bedrooms of which 24 are located in unique lodges adjacent to the main facilities. Rooms are superbly furnished and include freeview TV , direct dial telephone and complimentary tea and coffee making facilities.
Four further executive rooms can be found on the upper level of the main building. All our bedrooms are en-suite and guarantee that you can relax and unwind after a hard day on the golf course. The executive suites also have DVD players and mini hi-fi systems.
Our bedrooms are tastefully decorated and feature the latest three star facilities. Many rooms have balconies presenting delightful views across the 18th fairway and lochs.

What an odd place! As our normal hotels in St Andrews and Dundee were full, we booked a double room for one night. On arrival we were sent to our room - a twin! The manager who was on reception (or "the boss" as he referred to himself) was totally unconcerned and unprepared to do anything about it. "It is a double - just with two beds".
The room was large, vey quiet and very clean. There was a flat screen TV and DVD player - but no clock or iron! The shower in the bathroom was excellent, but the soap dispenser and radox bottle were empty, and I wouldn't be surprised if the small bottles of Neutragina shampoo had been re-filled with something cheaper.
Staff at breakfast were very good, but the cooked food was poor - the bacon had obviously been cooked for some time by the time it was served.
All in all, not a bad place - but one which could be so much better with a bit of thought.
