Heathrow Lodge

This is not the Four Seasons, but it was perfectly fine for staying overnight en route through Heathrow Airport. If you are familiar with Etap Hotels, it is very similar. The bathroom is small, like the Etap Hotels, and clean. It is a great value for the money and convenient location to Heathrow Airport.
The people at the reception desk were extremely helpful and let us know which terminal the flight was leaving. The pub located directly across the street was cozy and the people there were also extremely nice.
All in all, it's a no-frills hotel, good value for the money, and if you need a place to stay for a couple of nights, it's perfectly fine.

Was very expensive area to get a room in and was the cheapest at 60 pounds, if i was to get a room after arriving in London again i would rather get closer in to central London at this price. It had a dodgy built in toilet & shower in the room which i wore flip flops in as was weary if i were to catch something. The room was damp and stale. The building needs a refurbishment.

Excellent staff- friendly and helpful. Our room was clean however, one of us had to stay in another single room (free of charge) because a bed in the room had recently been broken and removed. The remaining bunk bed was pretty lumpy. Our stay would have been improved ten fold with new beds. Our main room was at the back of the hotel so was nice and quiet: we slept well.
The single room we were given was alright (small) but positioned at the front of the hotel -noise from the road/lorries didn't help. If you get a choice pick a room at the back of the hotel.
The mini bus transfer to and from Heathrow worked very well -efficient and friendly service

If you like aeroplanes coming through your window at 5.30 in the morning this is the place to be

We had a room in the original and main accomodation block which seemed to be of a higher standard than the other rooms available in a nearby building, as we were led to believe by the previous guests' reviews. Sure the showers are a little small, needing to stand sideways to avoid the shower curtain and the rooms are not large, but for the money we paid, the free drop off and proximity to LHR it was worth it. Free tea and coffee, towels and hair dryer and even some biscuits..we would definitely use them again if we had late arrival or early departure... friendly staff too.
