Christchurch Hall Apartments

The only problem with our apartment was the noise at night. We found it impossible to sleep because of the noise of the traffic outside. Also, other guests made considerable noise at various times during the night and early morning, although that could happen anywhere and was hardly the hotel's fault. The location was excellent and we were very happy with every other aspect of the apartment.

As a group of 5 women on our 1st trip to Dublin this was just great, we were able to leave our bags with reception on arrival as we were too early to check in to the room, the one key was not a problem as there was 24hr security to let you in the main door, few minutes walk from the nightlife and we jumped on the bus for a 5 minute ride to the shops, and the best fish and chip shop in Dublin is just round the corner. Rooms and facilites were great made a perfect trip

The apartments were of a high standard and had everything we needed in order to have a good few days away from home. The location was excellent and it was good that we had been put in apartments next door to each other.

DO NOT BOOK TO STAY HERE!
On arrival you will have to supply £100 deposit which we was not made aware off, not very convenient. The staff were not friendly hardly spoke to once during our stay.
On the Saturday night when we got in the people in the room next door to us were broken in to and had all there money stolen, even though there was no sign on a broken door or anything so could of been done via staff that worked there.
Overall we had a very bad stay and when we got home, I received an email to say that £100 had been taken from my account because of a broken picture and RUBBISH left in the apartment even though there was no bin bags or anything in the apartment to put our rubbish! After talking to the staff about this they did not had a valid reason as to why a broken picture would cost £100!!
If you do book to stay here then be careful!
Apartments is 10/15 mins walk from the temple bar area.

Stayed here 4-6th of Oct with my partner, 2 year old and parents. We booked a 2 bed room apt, and I must start by firstly saying - DO NOT BELIEVE THAT THESE ROOMS ARE NOT GREAT. After reading other reviews you get a mixed opinion, and I have stayed in many a 5* hotel across the world, and this lives up to these for room and front desk service. We arrived at around 12pm, and did not think our room would be ready (it says 2pm on the booking) but they were, excellent. There is a lift for children and buggies, and we were in room 7, a corner room with windows a plenty. The apt was not large in any way, but for 4 adults and 1 child that likes freedom to run around it was perfect. Everything was built well and child safe. The rooms were nice, safe box in 1 bedroom , and plenty of storage space. The kitchen was neat, free tea bags too !.
The only negitive I would say if that this apts could improve the shower unit, very weak and not great, although we never ran out of hot water.
The location is excellent, and a short walk to temple bar, restaurants and many many shops. The look from the room was the cathedral - picture perfect.
Having a little one made us come back most nights and have a couple of drinks in the room, and theres even take a way menu's in the reception - not may hotels would do this.
Transport is also good, and 2 min walk down the hill opisite buts you onto the main street for the zoo bus and town / air link bus - I would also advise walking down that way and visiting the oldest pub in ireland !
If your thinking about it - do it - You will be pleasantly supprised. I will defo be going back to this apts.
