Breakfast was very nice while the room was very clean and tidy with good and simple design. lighting was good and could sleep with slient condition. very easy to access from greenwich station.

Verg good hotel in very good location for greenwich (although its in easy reach of transport if you want access to city you could get hotel in same price range in the centre) Good size room, all modern and very clean. Bit of noise from local pub but nothing to keep you awake.

The Reception desk at check-out was busy and the staff were flustered and the person dealing with me could not print a receipt from the computer. A couple of new guests arrived through the front doors and just walked up to reception and were "served" even though there was a queue of three of us waiting. The staff appear to need more training.
