Room looked as if it had been redecorated recently. Lots of dark wood and seemed very 'male'. The floor in the large bathroom was so cold, but the room was very nice and warm. The mattress was the cheapest most basic and uncomfortable ever. Breakfast was basic, 'fruit salad' seemed to be an apple, orange or kiwi fruit (whole). |

The owners have refurbished some of the hotel but it still needs a lot of work. |

The room I was allocated had recently been refurbished to a very high standard and was excellent. Unfortunately the same could not be said for the entrance/reception/dining areas but I was told by the Receptionist that these were going to be updated shortly. I didn't have dinner but service at breakfast was slow - it took nearly half an hour for me to be served (it wasn't a self service buffet). |
