A Delightful, small, family run Hotel which is No Smoking throughout. We offer very comfortable, well appointed Rooms and delicious home cooked food in our 4 Diamond, Silver Award Hotel. We were also finalists in the AA Landlady of the Year Competition. Located just 300 yards from the Cliff top and beautiful Sandy Beach, and Bournemouth, Christchurch the New Forest and the Purbecks are within easy reach.

Very small hotel. No communal room we could sit it. Our family room was also small. I hated the bumpy bed, bobbly sheets and the ensuite which was more like a cuboard - my 6 foot hushand could not stand up properly. In all, was glad to leave. Owners were friendly and breakfast was 1st class however. In all this hotel needs updating if they want customers to come back.

Great location- right by the beach. However, it was quite noisy, mostly down to the rooms being very close together. More of a structural thing I supose- hardly the fault of the owners! All in all it is run by a lovely couple, very warm and welcoming, good location, and an ideal stop for our brief stay.

Very friendly and helpful staff. My only criticism was that the en suite was a little small, and I as on my own! Otherwise an hotel to be recommended to others. Easy travelling distance from Bournemouth Centre, close to the Cliffs and not too far from local shops tho eateries are thin on the ground in Southbourne but are plentiful in Boscombe.
