Welcoming, friendly pub/hotel in quaint, cobbled street in the older part of Haworth. Some very interesting little specialist shops neighbouring the Fleece. Good quality furnishings in spacious (double) room. Small TV with 4 channels only, but adequate. Good shower and bathroom facilities, very clean. Popular pub serving excellent Timothy Taylor's beers (and guest ales) and good quality, reasonably priced food. Breakfast was freshly cooked and of equally good quality (full English). Noise from pub below and brass band (avoid Monday practise nights) next door would make an early sleeper disappointed but quiet after 11 pm or so. Parking is a bit of a problem here (there are 3 spaces for pub users) as alternate parking is a walk away - not a problem unless it's pouring with rain! Altogether, a very pleasant stay. |

A lovely time at this friendly hotel, Not a great view from the window but our room was cosy and the fact there is pub downstairs is really handy, the location is just great, right in the middle of everything. I would stay here again, |
