We didn't have an evening meal in the hotel, although we did have breakfast which was very good. Easy to get to, although Tom-Tom got us lost at the last minute. Nice big room and bathroom. Bath was dirty, although the rest of the room and hotel seemed ok.

The hotel itself is very nice and staff generally quite helpful however, on arrival (7.30 in the evening) we entered our room to find it had not been cleaned. The beds were unmade and towels all over the bathroom floor! We were then 'upgraded' to another room which was smaller and had twin single beds rather than doubles. The evening meal (which cost a fortune) was awful and there was no entertainment whatsoever for anybody under the age of 50! Needless to say I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anybody.

I booked a superior room but when I got to the room it was not when I went back to reception I was told that they were busy and had no superior rooms left so they would reduce my bill. If I had not aksed about this I would have been left paying for a superior room but just getting a standard one. I also asked twice for the internet to be enabled but it never happend so just gave up. Not great customer service

The overall stay was good however we only had one set of towels in our room was told last orders in the restaurant was 8.45pm yet was advertised at 10pm. When in the restaurant the service was poor and no pices where on the menu. The food was nice but we felt rushed and the lights where on full beam so didn't give us the romantic dinner we wanted and we decided to not have sweets and coffee as we felt we where in the way.
