With stunning sea views across the bay, St Michael’s Hotel and Spa is opposite Falmouth’s sandy “Blue Flag” beach and is a haven of calm and relaxation set within its own four acres of picturesque sub - tropical gardens. A £2 Million rejuvenation programme has transformed St Michael’s into one of the finest contemporary hotels in the South West. Room to relax - all of our bedrooms are en-suite with bath and/or shower and colour TV, hairdryer, trouser press, tea and coffee making facilities and attractive furnishings. Both sea views and garden views are available. Being an older building, rooms do vary in shape and size but all are well appointed and comfortable. Our lounge and bar areas are very spacious with stunning views of the sea and Cornish coastline as well as our own tropical gardens. Our cuisine is second-to-none, and St Michael’s enjoys a fine reputation for its food and has won a number of awards including a Rosette from the AA.

Made a late booking but received a superb room (no.12) with balcony and sea views! Quality bedroom furnishings and fresh decor made for a relaxed feel. Staff were helpful, friendly & polite, highly recommend using the spa and treatments, only downfall the jacuzzi was out of service during our stay. Flying Fish Restaurant offered a good breakfast and made for a nice meal in the evening, top nosh, 8/10.

Room was too small to called a double, no view whatsoever. Restaurant service extremely slow - approx 50 minutes between courses.
