Saboia Estoril Hotel

Comfortable and clean roons, very pleasant staff, this hotel has a great location as it is near to Monte Estoril centre and train station, near the local and beautiful promenade and beaches, as well as Cascais village. Its also great to stay if you want to enjoy the coast while visiting Lisboan as its an enjoyable 30 minute train ride to downtown Lisbon.

The Hotel was excellent value and the rooms, which I'm told were recently renovated were spotless and decorated in a really funky way. The staff were very friendly also. The only negative was that an iron is only available from 7.30 - 5, when the cleaning staff are present, so if your trip is for business like mine I suggest you bring crease free clothing!

Orange juice is fake. They should offer real orange juice. variety of breakfast table is poor, the bread not of high quality. The coffee is below average standard. Marmelade should be available in various tastes and of better quality.
The renovated part of the hotel is OK. The rest should be renovated as well. I slept in a new room. This was OK.

Quiet location with easy access to bars/restaraunts in nearby Cascais. Located close to rail and bus connections for travel to Lisbon/Sintra and other places of interest to visit.
Great value on a "bed and breakfast" basis with 24 hour reception and bar facility if required.
