There was a very nice breakfast included in the price.

The accommodation and hotel is in need of some updating. The room was clean but everything was old with knocks and dents to furniture and the bathroom taps had rusting stain across top of bath. The corridors were smelly and carpet and walls old and worn.
The room was a nonsmoking room but smelt of old cigarettes so someone had been smoking there.
The food at breakfast was overcooked with frizby eggs rubbery and hard. The sausages tasted of liver though looked like Lincolnshire. Bacon broke while picking up so hard and mushrooms soaked in oil. At the weekend though nothing put out to get bakded so freeshly prepared and was good. Ask for freshly cooked eggs and will get good ones.

The room had not been hoovered satisfactorily with layers of dust under bed. The loo roll holder was broken.

Staff very friendly and helpful and the room was clean and spacious. We did not have dinner in restaurant so cannot comment. However, we did have breakfast which unfortunately was not hot; I left the bacon as it was cold, which is a common problem with self-service buffet.
