Directions to The Quorn Country Hotel

From the M1 North : Take junction 23 off the motorway and follow the A512 into Loughborough. When in Loughborough town, follow signs for the A6 to Leicester. This will bring you out of the town via a small dual carriageway. At the first main roundabout, follow the signs to Quorn (Quorndon) village - do not follow the A6 Bypass. At the traffic lights, carry straight on. There are several road humps and two mini roundabouts. We are approximately 500 yards on the left, after the second mini roundabot, just after the Village Hall.From the M1 South : Leave the motorway at Junction 21a, follow the A46 bypass until you reach the Exit marked A6 Loughborough. Leave the A46 at this exit and follow the A6(Ouorn/Mountsorrel Bypass)towards Loughborough for approximately 2-3 miles until you come to a roundabout posted Quorn and Mountsorrel. Turn left, where you will see a Budgens Supermarket on the left, take the third exit off the next roundabout. The Hotel is situated on the right hand side oppisite the Police Station.From M69 : join M1 at Junction 21 and leave at Junction 21a.By Train : The nearest station is Loughborough, which is approximately 4 miles from the Hotel.

As a regular customer,it's consistently good value without being sensational and is a pleasant walk in to Quorn.

The food in the restaurant was well presented, bar and restaurant staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Reception staff were happy to find out information on local area. I was in a new room that was very clean, breakfast in the morning was one of the best full english I've had in a long time. Would definately stay here again.

We were very dissapointed at the quality of the room. This hotel definitely needs a face lift. Also we were not told that there would be a wedding in the building that or room was in and had to put up with the noise till after midnight.the only good thing was that it was convenient to where we were visiting.

There was a wedding on so the restaurant was closed, although in fairness they rang to tell us this and booked a table at a restaurant nearby. However breakfast, on a Sunday, yes Sunday, morning, finished at 9 a.m. - this is a 4*hotel?
Reception staff on arrival were less than helpful.
In addition the hot water was at best warm on Saturday and cold on Sunday - we complianed but nothing was done.
