The staff I spoke to (Kate) was extremely friendly and helpful. I did overhear another colleague whilst waiting at reception be extremely abrupt on the telephone though.
We had a very large room which was very clean and presentable, althought the bed was very soft.
We did have to ring reception for help in order to use the internet in the room but never, unfortaunely, managed to get this to work.
The breakfast was the low point with almost every item running out at some point. I had to wait 5 minutes for a knife. The butter ran out as did the white bread. It needed to be more closely monitored.
