During hot weather the room I had was very stuffy and needed the air con pretty much all the time, even at night. Opening the window was impossible due to the noise from outside the room (presumably from the equipment positioned outside the window). The room was a decent size but felt pokey due to the lay-out. I was working all week so reliant on room service which comes with a very limited menu and the quality of the food was very disappointing, particularly for a hotel which sells itself on its association with a celebrity chef. |

I've stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions over the past 5 years, and previously been quite impressed. Not this time though. |
